Photography project - With Sam ivermee and Steven feaver
The theme of the project is "Education" we were told to create a collage of our photographs, we decided to portray the idea of conformity in education.

We had to take photograph's to do with conflict, i used natural and man made objects.
i also chose this particular shot because not only does it show conflict between man made and natural elements, it also shows how they connect.
it shows how they connect because the ivy is intwining with the structure of the metal fence, which could show that maybe everything connects in someway.

The three elements...
Subject - is the theme of the photograph, what it stands for or what it means and makes you feel.
Content - is what we percieve of the photo, its what we can see exactly how it is. not what it means
Form - is the means which the subject and content are unified and presented.

What is Light ?
Light is a form of radiation, created by waves this is often called: EM radiation or electro magnetic radiation. A wavelength between approximately 400 nm and 700 nm is directly detected by the human eye and perceived as visible light. Other wavelengths, especially nearby infrared (longer than 700 nm) and ultraviolet (shorter than 400 nm) are also sometimes referred to as light, especially when visibility to humans is not relevant.
Electromagnetic radiation (often abbreviated E-M radiation or EMR) is a form of energy that is similar to wave-like behavior as it travels through space. EMR has both electric and magnetic field components, which oscillate in phase perpendicular to each other and perpendicular to the direction of energy propagation.
